Nobody likes paying for shipping, but at the end of the day the shipment companies need to pay the messengers so they deliver your package. Even so, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible with us and that is why we want to help you out with the fee. If your orders are over 150€ and you pick the standard Correos, it will be free and if your order is over 300€ and you pick FedEx it will also be free.
- You can return the product if it does not meet your conditions of satisfaction and also if there is some manufacturer defect that we did not see.
- We cannot accept returns from products that have been taken out of their original packaging that might have been damaged. We also cannot accept returns that have clearly been damaged or manipulated by the customer upon reception.
- The shipping costs for the return will be charged to the client, and you must previously contact us to let us know that you will return the products. Once we have received the product, we will revise it and reimburse the shipping costs in the case that it is a manufacturer defect. In any other case, we cannot take responsibility.
- We always recommend not unscrewing or disassembling the YoYo, or at least doing the least amount of times possible; You also should not let the YoYo hit the ground from a tall height; The string length should be appropriate to the player’s height and should be replaced accordingly to avoid using broken string;Maintain your YoYo to give it its full product life.

Every package that is sent out has been checked by our professional team at least two times. However, whatever the case may be, you still have twenty days to return your purchase.
Aroundsquare Knucklebone
A lot of you have asked us when we were going to have the Knucklebones after you heard that we were Aroundsquare’s official distributor in Europe. Well my friends, the wait is over. There are many materials and colors to choose from, so if you already wanted one and you hadn’t got around to doing it, what are you waiting for?
Knucklebones are a very simple skill toy. They are composed of a bar that looks like a bone (hence the name) that you slide along your fingers, do tricks with, or to simply kill some time. The Knucklebones will develop dexterity and agility in your fingers that will keep you focused at all times, since it is a very low-key game unless you drop them on the floor of course...
The Delrin Knucklebones are lighter and smoother than the metal ones. That is why we recommend these if you have never played with them. Plus, they also give you an added security as they will not be damaged in case they fall on the floor.
Meanwhile, the Stainless Steel and Brass models are heavier than the Delrin one. These have better grip and make playing easier in certain ways. The only thing you should consider with the metal ones is that they are heavier and if they do fall they will make a lot of noise. If dropped on a glass table for example, if you are unlucky it could break that is why we recommend you play on soft safe surfaces.
About the Wooden Knucklebones:
The wood version of our Knucklebones are the lightest Aroundsquare have created to date, and have already become a favourite among top players. While the wooden kbones have the same size and shape as the originals, the lighter weight, combined with the wood grain texture, open up new possibilities for manipulation, using the round end knobs to manipulate, pivot, and stall the kbones during play. Players accustomed to the momentum and gravity effect of the heavier metal versions may take some time to adjust to this style of play, but those interested in tricks and technical play will find this version extremely flexible and entertaining.
Please note that all wood versions are indeed made of wood, and have all the beauty, charm, and the vulnerabilities of wood.
