At LaTiendaDelYoYo we want you to take advantage of one of the best Online user experiences. That is why we have made sure every detail is perfect.
First, you have to know that we check every single item scrupulously before sending it to you and even before putting it on sail. Every package that is sent out has been checked by our professional team at least two times. However, whatever the case may be, you still have twenty days to return your purchase.
- You can return the product if it does not meet your conditions of satisfaction and also if there is some manufacturer defect that we did not see.
- We cannot accept returns from products that have been taken out of their original packaging that might have been damaged. We also cannot accept returns that have clearly been damaged or manipulated by the customer upon reception.
- The shipping costs for the return will be charged to the client, and you must previously contact us to let us know that you will return the products. YoYoFactory Performance Oil
After much preparation and testing the YoYoFactory Performance oil is now available in two forms depending on the desired playability.
The Loop/Response performance oil is a high viscosity lubricant that is designed to make Yo-Yos more responsive.This oil should be recommended to anyone who wants their Yo-Yo to play “tug responsive” or wants oil that will make their looping Yo-Yos perform the best. This oil has a black YoYoFactory logo on the bottle.
The Long Spin performance oil is a low viscosity oil that is intended to maintain unresponsive bearings. If used regularly, YoYoFactory Long Spin oil can actually increase the life of a bearing and help the user receive the absolute best performance out of their ball bearing. This oil has a blue YoYoFactory logo on the bottle.
Note: When applying lubricant to a ball bearing it is better if the bearing has been cleaned beforehand. Also, for the Long Spin form of performance oil, it is advised to add only a very small drop inside the ball bearing as this will be evenly distributed during play, increasing the life of the bearing as well as reducing the noise level.
