    Sengoku Coldfire

    The fact that this Coldfire has a radically different image to everything you have seen from Sengoku is unquestionable. It is due to nothing else but a new line called Elemental from the Sengoku catalog. What does this mean though?


    When a manufacturer with such a big footprint announces the release of a new line of Yo-Yos and does not give more information, one can start imagining endless possibilities. I had never thought it would be anything like this though. The Elemental concept brings together the best characteristics you can find in a “different” Yo-Yo design, but maintains a Superyoyo status. That is correct my friends, the Coldfire is a Superyoyo.

    The tact of this Yo-Yo is sensational. I could tell you that this wins over other hyperyoyos like the Hideyoshi and Musashi but lets be real, why would you want anything more than this? This Coldfire is not missing anything.

    I know this might sound selfish of me to be saying already but I can’t help but wonder what the second YoYo from the Elemental series will be like. The Coldfire is so good that I will find it hard to give kind words to its successor. What do you think?

    Lets cut to the chase. In play, this is probably where the beast unleashes its full glory. If you thought the only fast and stable Yo-Yos were those with V or W profiles, you are very wrong my friend. H-profiles have never lost the battle and although they are outnumbered they do have many reasons to win you over. I’m sure you have already set your sights on this Coldfire…

    The beautiful design of this Sengoku Coldfire, with its straight edges and large rims, allows weight distribution concentrated on the outside of the Yo-Yo. This gives it a very strong and forceful spin. As incredible as this may seem, the Coldfire is not as heavy as you would expect it to be. When you throw it for the first time you might think, “Oh wow, I did not expect this” but following this you will just not be able to put it down. You know what I mean, right?
